Yes to a Better Life

How does this work? What do I write?

There are two boards.

The first board says “TODAY I SAY YES TO”.

Here you are making a commitment to something that matters to you. Here are a few questions to give you some ideas of what you could write down:

  • If you were ready to leave your comfort zone and challenge yourself, what would you do?
  • What one habit are you willing to change to live a better life?
  • What else are you willing to try to solve a problem in your life?
  • If your main obstacle didn’t exist, what would you do to live your best life?
  • What could you do to help someone else live a better life?
  • What do you fear?
  • What could you do to become a better you?
  • Is there something you know will benefit you but scares you?
  • Is there something you know will benefit you but scares you?
  • Is there something you’ve been putting off?
  • What one thing off your bucket list could you do today?

The second board says ‘this is what I’m going to do about it’

Here, you are being specific breaking down the HOW. You may have previously thought about this or you may have not. Either way, list down the step by step of exactly how you will achieve what you put down on the first board.

Keep in mind the following:

  • Do not be vague like in the first board.
  • List something that can be measured.
  • List something that is challenging but realistic.

Where do I download the YES TO board templates and how do I upload my photo/s or video/s to share with you?
